This episode is a really good one. It comes perfectly on the heels of the last one, picking up immediately upon the crazy finale of the last episode. It takes a winding road through a lot of great stuff. Kate Burton returns as the fanatical Vice President and she’s always a welcome presence. The plot is bang up and you barely have time to breathe as the episode maniacally races through its running time. It’s a little weird to see Stephen Collins in a supporting part, so soon after the revelations about some of his past behavior, but I got past it. Anyway, great episode and, once again, a big reveal in the final shot that just had me sitting totally still and saying “Hmmmm” over and over. This show is tailor made for binging, I’ll tell you that. Highly recommended. 4 stars.
tl;dr – with a breakneck pace, good character work and a puzzling final reveal, this episode follows up on the previous one perfectly. 4 stars.
