So, this episode has a lot of plot development. It’s the season’s penultimate episode and everything is building toward a huge shift in the plot in the finale, from what I can tell. Anyway, the absolute, undeniable highlight of this episode comes when something so genuinely shocking happens that I literally roared with laughter. It’s a moment very surprising and it leads to the episode’s real money sequence, in which Selina gets hopped up on painkillers. Louis-Dreyfus just slays this scene, wandering about loopily, laughing hysterically at people’s names, getting way too physical. Yeah, this is a really good one. Recommended. 3 ½ stars.
tl;dr – Louis-Dreyfus gets some wonderful comic opportunities here and makes the most of them as the plot builds toward an explosive season finale. 3 ½ stars.
